Any additional cost to complete work is the responsibility of the client. Transfer of any deliverables may take place until all financial obligations of the client are complete.

All web sites, applications and services rendered are warrantied against defects for a period of 30 days after final payment is made. Any disputes between you and us regarding "bugs" or defects regarding your expectations and product delivered will be your responsibilty. It is the client's responsiblity to clearly articulate requirements.

You the client may disengage in a agreement to provide services as long as the request is in writing and submitted within 30 days. No email requests for termination of services will be accepted. Any funds or down payments will be refunded less any hours worked at the agreed rate spent by us
